Drive & Handling

The traditional gasoline Camry is available with your choice of either a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine or a 3.5-liter V6. The 2.5-liter Dynamic Force Engine is inspired by TNGA and is paired with a Direct Shift eight-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard across the model lineup to support generating 203 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. While the 3.5-liter generates 301 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque and front-wheel drive.

For the hybrid version, Toyota combines the 4-cylinder Dynamic Force Engine with an electric motor. The combined hybrid powertrain puts out 176-hp and 163 lb-ft of instant torque. With more than enough power to push the Camry's lightweight frame, drivers will enjoy the enviable savings at the pump.
